THREE DECISIONS

 1.     To be in the world but not of it.

“I am not praying that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.  They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth. As you sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.” John 17:15-18 (CSB)

“You are the light of the world. A city situated on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16-18 (CSB)

 2.     Set biblical boundaries.

“Daniel determined that he would not defile himself with the king’s food or with the wine he drank. So he asked permission from the chief eunuch not to defile himself.” Daniel 1:8 (CSB)

 3.     Trust God for success.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.” Matthew 6:33 (CSB)
