 Mark 6:30-44

“I give you a new command: Love one another. Just as I have loved you, you are also to love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35 (CSB)

Four Kinds of Compassion

 1.    ________________________ Compassion. (30-32)

“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy: You are to labor six days and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God…”  Exodus 20:8-9a (CSB)

“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, He got up, went out and made His way to a deserted place; and there He was praying.” Mark 1:35 (CSB)

 2.   ________________________ Compassion. (33-34)

“While He was in Jerusalem during the Passover Festival, many believed in his name when they saw the signs He was doing. Jesus however, would not entrust Himself to them, since He knew them all and because He did not need anyone to testify about man; for He Himself knew what was in man.” John 2:23-25 (CSB)

 3.   ________________________ Compassion. (35-37)

“Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them.  And aren’t you far more valuable to Him that they are?”  Matthew 6:26 (NLT)

“He who did not spare His own Son but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him graciously give us all things?” Romans 8:32 (ESV)

 4.   ________________________ Compassion. (38-44)

“Now all glory to God, who is able through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” Ephesians 3:20 (NLT)
