Romans 7: 7-13

1.   SIN IS _______________________. (7)

“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” Isaiah 53:6 (ESV)

“None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good not even one.” Romans 3: 10-12 (ESV)

2.   SIN IS ________________________. (8-9)

“But sin used this command to arouse all kinds of covetous desires within me! If there were no law, sin would not have that power. At one time I lived without understanding the law. But when I learned the command not to covet, for instance, the power of sin came to life,” Romans 7: 8-9 (NLT)
